A 17 year old Craigellachie, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2026 by Signatory Vintage as a single cask at 55.4%. It is non-chill-filtered, and its deep ochre colour is natural, coming only from the wood. The fruit character is shaped by a Madeira cask, and the bottle comes in a black metal tin.
The nose offers dried figs, dates and candied orange peel, with fermented pineapple and dark honey. The palate is full-bodied and almost sticky, with peppery spice and cinnamon. The finish is long, with notes of oak.
