The nose is fruity, with hints of fine spices. The palate is full, with sea salt, lemon, spices and oak, leading to a complex finish of pear, citrus peel, iodine and caramelised marshmallow.
The finish is long and clean, with oak, cranberries, pepper and spices that linger.
