Crown Royal Noble Collection 13 Year Old Blenders' Mash is a Canadian whisky bottled at 45% ABV. It is the third release in the Noble Collection, Crown Royal's annual series that presents individual component whiskies from the signature blend.
This one is distilled from a bourbon-style mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malted barley. It was aged for 13 years in new charred American white oak barrels at Gimli, Manitoba, and hand selected from reserve stock.
The nose has orchard fruits, honey candy, butterscotch, toasted vanilla and cinnamon cake. On the palate come creamy caramel and vanilla with plum, fig and gingery white pepper, and the finish is long, with floral tones, dried fruit and barrel notes.
