Crown Royal Noble Collection 13 Year Old Bourbon Mash is a limited-release Canadian whisky in a 750ml bottle, aged for thirteen years. It is made with a bourbon-inspired mash bill, an unusual style within the Crown Royal range, and belongs to the Noble Collection of releases exploring different mash bills and ageing styles.
The nose shows caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, light baking spice and dried fruit. The palate has toffee, rich vanilla, warm oak, brown sugar, gentle rye spice and hints of dark fruit. The finish is smooth and medium long, with caramel, oak warmth and soft spice.
