This is a 6 year old blended malt Scotch whisky, the eighth release from Cut Your Wolf Loose and the brand's first blend. The label carries artwork by Carl Cashman.
The blend brings together two Speyside distilleries, a Highland distillery and an Islay malt, all matured in a single Oloroso sherry butt. It was bottled in 2023 at 51.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle, and only 333 bottles were filled.
The nose is bright and salty, with pineapple, lemon, a little smoke and chocolate. On the palate come candied ginger, a chocolate crunch bar, brown sugar and liquorice. The finish is medium to long, sweet, smoky and oaky.
