Cutty Sark 12 Years Old is a Scotch blended whisky made from malt and grain whiskies aged for 12 years in oak casks. It has a deep, bright gold colour.
The nose is fresh and fruity, with green apple, ripe pear and citrus, a little vanilla and oak, and light ginger and nutmeg. The palate is smooth and balanced, with fresh fruit, honey, a gentle creaminess and a touch of caramel from the oak. The finish is soft and sweet with honey and caramel, and a light spiced aftertaste that stays warm.
