The aged component provides nuttiness, caramel and oak, while the white rum keeps the lively tropical spirit alive. It is built for tiki-style cocktails and everyday sipping.
The nose shows fig, cocoa, molasses, toasted oak, dark caramel and a hint of sea-salt. The palate is medium-bodied, with brown sugar, mocha, dark chocolate, dried fruit, vanilla and toffee, supported by a subtle tropical undertone and oak tannin. The finish is long and slightly drying, with oak char and brown sugar fading into a soft sea-salt edge.
