Dailuaine – 14 Year Old Single Cask A Winter's Dram Second Release (70cl, 57.5%)

This is a 14-year-old single cask Scotch whisky from Dailuaine distillery, matured in an ex-sherry cask. It is the second release of A Winter's Dram, a limited edition, bottled at 57.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The edition is made up of 244 bottles drawn from the single cask, and each stitched leather label is hand-marked with the bottle's own number. A bespoke bottle holder by designer Bill Amberg, made from natural-washed British wool felt, can be reused as a carrier and cooler. The flavours are rich: sweet liquorice and light spice, with a hint of clove. It is soft and deep.
