A 23 year old Dailuaine from 1997, bottled by Signatory at its cask strength of 47.4%. It was drawn from a single hogshead. Signatory was set up in Edinburgh in 1988. In 1992 it bought Edradour, then the smallest distillery in Scotland, and moved to its current base in Leith, where Edradour and the company's own bottlings are filled.
