This Dailuaine was distilled in 1997 and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail on 22 June 2022, as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. It is a 24-year-old Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle at 41.6% ABV.
It matured for 24 years in a refill sherry butt, and 278 bottles were produced.
The nose offers fruitcake with clove and ginger. The palate is balanced, with Seville oranges, stewed apple and freshly ground black pepper. The finish is medium in length, with a touch of aniseed.
