A twelve-year-old Dailuaine from The Single Cask UK series, bottled from a single ex-bourbon hogshead.
The spirit was distilled on 6 March 2007 and bottled in spring 2020, with 279 bottles filled.
The nose is malty and inviting, with fresh pear juice, oak, green apples, barley sugar, a little white wine and honey. The palate is malty-sweet and fresh, with gentle oak, woody spice, pear juice and cane sugar. The finish is medium to long, malty, softly sweet and warming with spice.
