A 16-year-old Dailuaine from Speyside, bottled by the independent Artful Dodger Whisky Collective. It was distilled on 13 November 2007 and matured in an ex-Ardbeg sherry butt, cask 149, before bottling on 29 June 2024 at 57.1%.
The cask gave 732 bottles of 50cl. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose is toasted oak with a hint of smoke. On the palate, salty and lightly sweet notes of grilled meat on wholegrain bread lead to a long, oily, lightly smoky finish.
