Dailuaine 16 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, filled into cask on 9 April 2008 and bottled on 19 February 2025 at 57% ABV. It was finished in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, and 681 bottles were released as part of Signatory's Vintage Decanter series.
The colour is deep amber with a red tint. The palate is full and oily, with dark berries, candied orange peel and spiced oak. Cloves and cinnamon are balanced by sherry sweetness and an underlying malt structure.
