Dailuaine 2008 is a 17 year old Speyside single malt bottled by Woodrow's at 58.7% ABV. It was distilled on 26 March 2008 and bottled on 14 October 2025, with 222 bottles produced.
The whisky matured in refill hogsheads and was then finished in a second-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead that previously held Mortlach.
The palate is full and oily, with hints of walnut, syrupy sweetness, lightly spicy pepper and orange peel. A subtle savoury, umami-like note adds to the harmony of the whole.
