This is a 12 year old single malt from Dailuaine, distilled on 17 September 2009 and bottled on 21 February 2022. It matured in a first fill Oloroso hogshead, cask 314939, and 296 bottles were filled.
It comes from The Single Cask Family Series.
The nose is floral, with white pepper, citrus, red fruits, chocolate, malt and oak. The palate offers red berries, citrus and white pepper again, with nutty tones, honey and chocolate. The finish is of medium length and repeats these flavours.
