This is a single cask Dailuaine from Speyside, bottled by the independent Italian company Hidden Spirits. The malt was distilled in 2009 and matured for 15 years in cask DU925 before bottling in 2025 at 50.7%. The cask gave 283 bottles of 70cl. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose is fruity, with apple and vanilla, light caramel and a nutty base. The palate is creamy, with sweet malt, vanilla and honey alongside red fruit and a little nuttiness. The finish is gently spicy, with lasting sweetness, nutty notes and a fine touch of fruit.
