A single cask Dailuaine from Speyside, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2022 by Berry Bros and Rudd. It spent 13 years in a hogshead, which filled 278 bottles, and it comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is waxy honeycomb, fruit-salad chews and a floral note. On the palate there is green fruit, with Granny Smiths and pear drops, along with dried barley, cigar papers and more waxy notes. Fresh fruit and a touch of spice linger into the finish.
