Dailuaine 2011 is a Speyside single malt distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2022 by Wilson & Morgan for its Barrel Selection. It is 11 years old.
Most of its maturation took place in oak casks, followed by a finish in Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration, in a 70cl bottle.
Tasting notes describe a nose of raisins, figs, dark chocolate and nutmeg. The palate is velvety and full, with Christmas cake, dark cherries, toasted nuts and chocolate-covered orange peel. The finish is long and warming, with dried fruit, dark chocolate and gentle spice.
