This is an 11 year old Dailuaine, distilled in 2012 and released in the Watt Whisky series. It matured in a refill sherry butt, and 552 bottles were filled.
The nose is creamy with a light grassy note. The palate is likened to a dessert shop, with toffee doughnuts, crème brûlée, honeycomb and a hint of ginger.
