Dailuaine – 2012 Signatory (70cl)

Dailuaine 2012 is a Speyside single malt from the independent bottler Signatory Vintage, in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to The Un-Chillfiltered Collection and is non-chill-filtered. Signatory bottles one cask at a time, so that the colour and flavour of each individual cask come through. Its malts are sourced from distilleries across Scotland, and it selects single batches before choosing which casks to bottle.
