This is an 11 year old Dailuaine single malt distilled in 2015 and bottled by Dràm Mòr Group for its Spring Release 2026. It matured in a single bourbon cask and was then finished in a first-fill Elijah Craig bourbon barrel. Only 100 bottles were filled.
The nose is subtle but carries clear bourbon-cask sweetness, with delicate vanilla, vanilla cream and a fruity pear crumble. The palate is a little drier, with pronounced vanilla, pears poached in white wine and dusted with cinnamon, and further layers of fruit. The finish brings gentle white pepper spice and lingering notes of exotic yellow fruit.
