This is a 21 year old Dailuaine from the 2025 Special Releases, bottled at 54.3% in a 75cl bottle. The whisky spent its whole maturation in Spanish ex-sherry casks, which gave it a generous mouthfeel.
On the palate it shows dried fruit, baked apple and chilli pepper.
