Dailuaine 21 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from the Diageo Special Releases of 2025, bottled at a cask strength of 54.3% ABV.
The whisky matured entirely in Spanish sherry hogsheads, which add dried fruit, dark chocolate and spiced oak to the distillery's malty character.
The nose is raisins, figs and dates, followed by chocolate and roasted nuts. The palate is full and oily, with dried fruit, dark caramel and espresso. The finish is long, with fruit, spice and a little bitter chocolate.
