This Dalmore 12 Years Old Sherry Cask Select is a Highland single malt that spent longer maturing in sherry casks than the standard Dalmore 12 Years. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is rich, with sherry, dried fruit, cream and wood. The palate opens sweet, with red fruit, chocolate and nuts, then moves to more wood, spice and a bitter note. The finish is medium in length and follows the palate.
