This is Dalmore Astrum, a 40-year-old single malt distilled in 1966 and released as a distillery bottling at 42% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The distillery stands on the shores of the Cromarty Firth in the Highlands and was founded in 1839.
The whisky matured in American white oak before receiving a Gonzalez Byass sherry finish. The release was 500 bottles.
