Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt from Diageo's Classic Malts range, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It is described as mild mannered, with clean, crisp flavours that stay uncomplicated.
On the nose, rich butter toffee leads, followed by floral and citrus notes and a hint of smoke. On the palate there are honeyed walnuts and vanilla sponge cake, with touches of wood spice and smoke only just detectable through the malt.
