This is a 15 year old Highland single malt from Dalwhinnie, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery was founded in 1897, stands 326 metres above sea level and belongs to Diageo. It is part of the Classic Malts of Scotland series.
The whisky matures in ex-bourbon casks, with a small share in ex-sherry casks.
The aroma is of heather and peat smoke, with a mild fruity sweetness and notes of vanilla and honey.
