Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt bottled by the distillery at 43% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is crisp and dry, with light touches of heather and honey. On the palate a gentle, lasting flavour of heather, honey sweetness and vanilla comes first, then moves into stronger notes of citrus fruit and malt bread. The finish is surprisingly long, with a sweet maltiness.
