A 15 year old Highland single malt from Dalwhinnie, finished in Oloroso sherry casks and presented in a 70cl bottle.
Dalwhinnie is the highest distillery in Scotland and also the coldest, standing 326 metres above sea level. It was built in 1897 under the name Strathspey and took the name Dalwhinnie in 1905. The name comes from the Gaelic Dail-coinneeamh, meaning meeting place, as its central position made it a resting point for cattle drovers.
