Dancing Goat Limousin Rye Whiskey is a rye from Dancing Goat Distillery, sold in a 75cl bottle. It is aged in three types of vintage and new oak, then blended in a custom Solera finishing system. Limousin oak, with its fine grain and high tannin, gives the whisky character and depth. Light vanilla and caramel come forward on the palate, and the finish carries spice and warmth.
