Limousin Rye is a rye whiskey from Dancing Goat Distillery. It is aged using three types of vintage and new oak, then blended in a custom-made Solera finishing system with Limousin oak barrels.
The bottling is described as being over 90 proof. Light vanilla and caramel come forward, finishing with a swell of spice and warmth.
