Westward – Cask Strength American Single Malt Whiskey (75cl, 62.5%)

This is an American single malt from Westward, bottled at cask strength of 62.5% in a 75cl bottle. It is made in Oregon from locally malted barley and a beer brewed in-house, then matured in newly charred American oak barrels. It is the cask strength version of the distillery's original single malt. The nose shows toasted almond, graham cracker and black pepper. The palate brings sesame, tobacco leaf and rich cacao, and the finish is honeyed with a deep, fiery malt note.
