Westward PX Sherry Cask is a 2026 American single malt whiskey, distilled and aged in Oregon from 100% malted barley.
It was matured in new American oak barrels, then given a second maturation in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This finish adds sweetness, spice and dark fruit.
The nose is raisins, figs, caramelised sugar and toasted oak. On the palate there are dark chocolate, dried fruit, baking spice and roasted nuts. The finish is long and warming, with sweet sherry, oak and spice.
