Westward Pinot Noir Cask is an American single malt whiskey in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 45% ABV. It starts as Westward Whiskey Original. That whiskey is then rested for up to two years in French oak casks sourced from Oregon Pinot Noir producers in the Willamette Valley. The wine casks add red fruit, earthy spice and a touch of tannin. The nose brings orchard fruit, tobacco and freshly cut grass. The palate has raisin, fig and apricot, and the finish combines rich malt, herbaceous oak and dark chocolate.
