This is a cask strength straight bourbon from Dark Arts Whiskey House, aged for seven and a half years and bottled at 55.7% in a 75cl bottle. It was distilled in Indiana and bottled in Kentucky. Separate batches of the bourbon were finished in red port casks and white port casks, then blended together. The mash bill is typically 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malted barley. On the nose there is fresh tobacco, brown sugar and stewed plum, with grilled melon and red berries. The palate brings baking spice, black cherry, fig and port-soaked oak, and the finish is long and creamy with soft tobacco and leather.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
