Deanston 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle. It was matured for 12 years in ex-bourbon casks and is non-chill-filtered, with no added colour.
On the nose there is soft vanilla, malted barley and a gentle honeyed sweetness. The palate opens with creamy toffee, orchard fruits and light oak spice, then nutmeg and clove, with a touch of citrus running through.
The finish is clean, with lingering spice and a last note of sweet grain and oak.
