Deanston 15 Year Old Tequila Cask Finish is a limited-edition Highland single malt, bottled at a cask strength of 52.5% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky spends 15 years in oak hogsheads before a finish in ex-agave tequila casks from the Jaliscan Highlands of Mexico.
The nose is fresh citrus, green apple and subtle herbal tones. The palate is sweet and rounded, with caramel, warming spice and hints of agave syrup, moving through vanilla and zesty orange peel. The finish is long and clean, with a floral lift and gentle spice.
