This is Deanston 15 Years Old Organic, a Highland single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46.3% ABV.
The nose is fresh and fruity, with green apple, pear and citrus zest. On the palate it has a medium body with a creamy, slightly oily texture. Honey, vanilla and ripe white fruit lead, followed by a gentle peppery spice from the wood.
The finish is medium to long and crisp, with oak sweetness, honey and a faint dry cedar spice.
