Deanston – 18 Years Old Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 46.3%)

Deanston 18 Years Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle. It matured for the full 18 years in ex-bourbon barrels of American white oak, in the vaulted warehouse at the Deanston distillery. The bourbon casks bring out the waxy character of the malt, which gives the whisky the mouthfeel Deanston is known for. Described as full of sweet gingerbread, black pepper and citrus, it also shows sweet malted barley, vanilla and crisp apple.
