Deanston – 26 Year Old Rare Find (Gleann Mór) (52.2%)

Deanston 26 Year Old is a Highland single malt bottled independently by Gleann Mór Spirits Co. for its Rare Find Collection. It was distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2022 at a natural cask strength of 52.2% ABV. The whisky spent its 26 years in a single refill bourbon barrel, and keeps the honeyed character of the distillery. The nose is sweet, with coconut, custard and boiled sweets. On the palate come honeycomb, lemon cheesecake and marzipan, followed by a juicy, gently spiced oak finish.
