This is a 15 year old Deanston Organic single malt from the Highlands, made from certified organic barley and bottled at 46.3% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The whisky matured in American oak casks. Deanston sits on the River Teith, and this bottling pairs organic ingredients with that oak maturation.
Malt, vanilla, light fruit, cereal and honey mark the profile, along with oak spice and a creamy texture.
