A limited-edition Deanston single malt from the Highlands, in a 70cl bottle at 49.3% ABV. It is unpeated.
The whisky was distilled in 2002 and matured for 17 years in a Pedro Ximenez cask before being bottled in 2020.
The nose has rum-soaked fruit, with a malty character and plenty of milk chocolate. On the palate are malted milk biscuits dipped in coffee, crunchy brown sugar, a little dried peel and bright sultanas. The finish brings ginger, clove and honey.
