Deanston Virgin Oak is a Highland single malt that is not chill-filtered, so it keeps its natural flavour and character. The nose is light, with lemon zest and sweet barley sugar, and hints of apple and nutmeg. On the palate there are candied fruits, vanilla toffee and heather honey. The finish is lightly spiced, with honeyed malt and sweet oak.
