Del Bac Old Pueblo Mesquite Smoked Whisky

Del Bac Old Pueblo is a white whiskey, sometimes called white dog, from the American Southwest, and it is never aged. It is made from 100% barley, malted and smoked over a Velvet Mesquite fire, then mashed, fermented and distilled in copper pots. The nose brings desert campfire and dried ancho chili. The palate is rounded, with white chocolate and a balanced minerality. Its character is unusual enough that it is best enjoyed in cocktails.
