Whiskey Del Bac – Dorado Mesquite Smoked American Single Malt

Whiskey Del Bac Dorado is an American single malt made on the Scottish model, from 100% barley that is malted and smoked over a velvet mesquite fire. It is mashed, fermented, distilled in copper pots, aged in the desert and bottled on site. It is never sourced and never chill-filtered. The nose brings tobacco and chocolate, then campfire embers. Soft tannins and sweet toffee follow.
