Depaz Rhum Agricole Cask Brut De Fut 2004 comes from the volcanic lands of Martinique. It is made from pure sugar cane juice in the rhum agricole tradition, from a single vintage.
Wooden cask ageing brings warm, spicy notes of vanilla, caramel and lightly toasted wood, alongside fresh cane, tropical fruit and balsamic hints. The structure is full and velvety, with a refined balance of sweetness and intensity. It can be enjoyed neat or with ice, and paired with chocolate or dried fruit desserts.
