Rhum Depaz Grande Reserve XO is an agricole rum from Martinique, produced by the historic Depaz distillery from pure sugar cane juice harvested on the estate at the foot of Mount Pelée. This XO expression matures for a minimum of six years in carefully selected French oak barrels. It offers warm notes of honey, vanilla and tobacco, balanced by a surprising freshness and vivacity of tropical fruit. The finish is long and persistent, with an elegant aftertaste that invites another sip. Best enjoyed neat to appreciate its aromatic nuances.
