Depaz Rhum Agricole Cuvée Papao 2020 is an agricole rum from Martinique, made exclusively from fresh sugar cane juice. It is fermented naturally and distilled in copper stills.
The 2020 vintage highlights green, herbaceous notes alongside ripe tropical fruit, rare spices and a touch of mocha. Ageing in oak casks gives it an enveloping structure and elegant complexity.
It can be sipped neat or used as a distinctive base for sophisticated cocktails.
