A white wine with Derthona DOC denomination, produced by La Stellara. It has a bright straw-yellow colour, with aromas of white flowers, ripe citrus and light mineral nuances. The palate shows good freshness, a balance between acidity and structure, and a savoury texture supporting a fairly persistent finish. The overall character is elegant and measured. It can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or with fish, shellfish, light soups, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses. Serve slightly cool, around 10 to 12 degrees, opening the bottle shortly before serving.
