Derthona DOC Surge from La Stellara is a white wine with a bright straw colour and a fragrant nose of white flowers and citrus peel, with a mineral undertone and balanced freshness. The palate shows contained body, lively acidity and moderate persistence, making it easy to drink.
Serve it fresh, around 10-12 °C, in wide glasses to appreciate the aromas. It pairs simply with light seafood dishes, grilled fish, vegetable-based starters and fresh cheeses, and can also work as an aperitif wine.
